Nadine E. Neiderer

Nadine E. Neiderer, 92, of Hanover, entered into God’s eternal care on Monday, January 8, 2018 at the Hanover Hospital. She was the wife of George W. Neiderer who died February 26, 1998.  Born May 24, 1925 in Westminster, MD, she was the daughter of Tempeth and Beulah (Barnhart) Berwager.  Nadine was a member of Sacred Heart Basilica, Edgegrove. She was retired from Keystone Wirecloth with over 15 years of service. Deanie was proud of her education in the one room Deep Run Schoolhouse and her family was her life.  Surviving are 14 children; 7 sons; James Neiderer of Fairfield, Terry Neiderer and wife Jill of Hanover, Timothy Neiderer of New Oxford, Jeffrey Neiderer of New Oxford, Benedict Neiderer and wife Denise of Hanover, Anthony Neiderer of Hanover and Gregory Neiderer of Hanover, 7 daughters; Judy Epley and husband Tom of Hanover, Nancy Bevenour and husband Dennis of Gettysburg, Gloria Neiderer of Hanover, Catherine Kohler and husband Ken of New Oxford, Joan Kessler and fiancé John Hagarman of Hanover, Jeanette Huff and husband Jerry of Hanover and Annette Flannery of Hanover, 2 daughters-in-law; Nettie Neiderer of McSherrystown and Bev Neiderer of New Oxford, 32 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, 2 siblings; Grace Hempfing and Mary Gilbert, 2 sisters in law; Bertha and Margie Berwager all of Hanover.   She was preceded in death by two sons; Richard and Dennis Neiderer and 10 siblings; Hurley, Melvin, Woodrow and Ivan Berwager, Treva Zumbrum, Erma Hilker, Pauline Mummert, Hazel Sullivan, Lettie Dupler and Gladys Shadle.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Sacred Heart Basilica, Edgegrove with Rev. Joseph R. Howard as celebrant. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Friends and relatives will be received Wednesday 6 to 8 p.m. at Murphy Funeral Home, 501 Ridge Avenue, McSherrystown with the rosary recited at 8 p.m.  Serving as pallbearers will be Heath, Jonathan, Matt, Allen and Corey Neiderer, Scott Epley, Brandon Noel and Patrick Bevenour.  Contributions in memory of Nadine may be made to Sacred Heart Basilica, 30 Basilica Drive, Hanover, PA 17331 or VNA Hospice, 440 N. Madison St., Hanover, PA 17331.

Gramma Neiderer was Full of Grace. I am grateful to have known her. She was a great woman of endless love, strength and Faith. She will be missed but remembered for inspiring so many to stay the course and Believe.
