What can I say except I miss you. We talked each other off the Snyder's ledge so many times but that's not how I choose to remember you. I remember our chats these past few years. How we figured out it was ok to hug and to say "I love you". The burgers by the pool and the crab soup (I'll smile every time I eat that now). The openness about our fears. The laughter over the things we did when we were young. The head shaking when we felt blessed to have survived it. Yes, Troy, these are the memories I will hold on to. I feel blessed that I was able to walk with you on this path all these years. I was the blessed one. Thank you (and Marie) for allowing us to be a part of your lives. There will always be love, ALWAYS!!

Troy, your smile will never fade. Neither will the love you had for everyone you touched. May you be free, and smiling upon your sweet Marie and your boys for evermore.
Honored to say you were my friend.
God Bless your entire family and all your friends.

May God be with you and the boys during this time of sorrow. I have you all in my prayers and I hope the memories of this great man help you get through the rough times. Please know that I am here for you and if you need anything, anything at all, I am a call or text away to help you! My sincere sympathy to you. And may Troy's gift to science help with finding a cure for future ALS patients everywhere.
