Dear Aunt Rita and family,
The amazing Sagedy family of Genesee Street is now reunited in heaven where there is no suffering -- only peace in the arms of the Lord. I know Uncle Robert was welcomed with love by Nanny Betty and Pop, Mom and Dad. Not to mention all of his aunts, uncles and cousins. We are in awe of his service to our country and the physical battle he endured for so long. His strong faith is evident and hopefully faith will sustain all of you in the coming days. Let perpetual light shine upon him. With love in Him, I send my deepest sympathy. Terry

May you rest in peace from the many, many years of suffering Mr. Sagedy. You were the most inspiring teaching/mentor in my life. They always say there is one teacher that you will never forget and one that will touch your life forever. You were that teacher! May God bless your family and give them peace knowing that you are in heaven and a true Angel of God. Love and Blessings.

Mr. Sagedy was a gem. He was always willing to go the extra mile to help....even if you weren't in his class. His love of teaching and of math shined. He will be missed.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We will be with you in spirit this weekend. 2017 has not been a good year for the Sagedy family. I hope you find peace and know that Robert is now with Lou, and their parents, Louis Sr. and Elizabeth.

I have many fond memories of math class with Mr. Sagedy. He set me on a path to being an engineer and teller of corny jokes. My family's prayers are with his family.

It was a privilege to know Mr. Sagedy and to be his student. His dry wit and gentle manner lightened many a lesson. Sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Bob was always a gentleman and a class act. He was a delight to know and a caring co-worker at Delone. Your family is in my prayers.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Sagedy family. Mr. Sagedy challenged me not to give up when something (math) was hard and I am thankful for the life lesson that is so important beyond just school. I will always remember his sense of humor, the pi/pie on the wall and of course, pi day.
