I had the pleasure of meeting Tom on a few occasions and was honored to be part of his nursing team. Anyone could see within moments of meeting him how proud he was of his family. I have heard many stories from Chelsea and the bond this family has is incredible. My thoughts and prayers to you all. I hope you find comfort in knowing that you were able to accomplish exactly what Tom wanted by keeping him at home, safe and comfortable surrounded by those he loves! Love to you all!
